Courses and Degree Requirements  

All courses in the program are lectured in ENGLISH.

1. Course work: Minimum 2 courses required from Core courses pool, 1 seminar course and GR courses, total 24 credits of courses completed in SU or partner university.

2. Ph.D. Qualifying Exam:  should enter and pass the exam at home institution.

3. Publication: 2 scientific publications published in journals scanned by SCI indexes or at IEDM, VLSI and ISSCC conferences before the dissertation defense.

4. Ph.D. Dissertation: should defense the dissertation at home institution in front of 5 jury members
